Applied online for a software engineer position.
The interviewing process was very nice. The recruiter explained every step and everything I needed to know.
Phone interview (15 mins) Talked about my background and experience; nothing technical.
Online assessment (2 hours) Four LeetCode-type questions: easy, medium, medium, hard. A score of over 70% should be sufficient to pass, so don't worry if you don't have enough time to finish all questions.
Power day (4.5 hours) The interviewers had a very thick accent, making it difficult to understand them. They were also unwilling to repeat questions. There were technical issues on Codesignal.
Catch-up (15 mins) Two days later, I received an email to schedule a follow-up call. The recruiter called and informed me that I was rejected. I really don't think they should handle it this way. Bad experience.
