I spoke with Capital One at my school's career fair.
I was offered an onsite interview.
They flew me out to Richmond the day before my interview.
The onsite consisted of three 45-minute rounds:
The technical interview was pretty easy (one design question plus two algorithm questions), and the behavioral portion was pretty standard as well.
The case study kind of threw me off because I had never done a case study for a software position before, but the interviewers did a great job guiding me through the entire process.
The case was very intuitive and was mostly a test of problem-solving skills.
I heard back with an offer four business days later.
Job fit, behavioral, case study
