In the very first stage, they sent a HackerRank test. On the following stage, they conducted a panel interview on problem-solving and system design. The final stage was an hour-long behavioral interview.

Pros: Work-life balance is really good in most cases. Pay is decent, but bonuses are bad.
Cons: PIP culture is really bad and brings morale down. It causes a toxic culture due to stack ranking, which means that 8-15% of staff is to be fired every 6 months. As long as you’re doing your job and a little more, you should be fine because slackers are easy to find, but it makes being a good teammate tricky if your peer is at the same level.

Pros: Getting the chance to get lots of training and work on a modern tech stack, as they are doing a great job of absorbing big software trends for a bank. I was able to solidify my fundamentals as a software engineer.
Flexible working hours and opportunities for remote work help people maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Cons: - Performance evaluation is done twice a year based on a stack-ranking system, which means that they place employees into various buckets on a distribution. Its result-driven culture could induce stress and anti-collaborative behaviors, depending on the team.
- Due to the nature of the highly regulated financial industry, work may be frustrating at times due to the bureaucracy and red tape associated with the whole software development process, as you have to work on other things than pure coding time.
