Work-life balance is really good in most cases. Pay is decent, but bonuses are bad.
PIP culture is really bad and brings morale down. It causes a toxic culture due to stack ranking, which means that 8-15% of staff is to be fired every 6 months. As long as you’re doing your job and a little more, you should be fine because slackers are easy to find, but it makes being a good teammate tricky if your peer is at the same level.
Stop the PIP culture.
