CodeSignal -> Superday.
CodeSignal was standard GCA and Superday has case study, LeetCode, and behavioral. All pretty easy and standard. Four hours long with an hour break before the behavioral and after the technical.

WLB has been great.
Leadership is consistent in what they promise for the most part.
They're actually really tech-focused, and the projects I've worked on reflect that.
Cons: Some of the tech decisions feel unnecessary, such as the insistence on homemade pipelines and frontend assets.
