Pros: Work is interesting, and Capital One always seems to try new things.
Cons: Stack ranking is awful here. Even if you meet your goals established from mid-year reviews, by the time year-end comes, leadership will move the goalposts and say you need to do more. They're constantly comparing you against your peers.
