The interview lasted three hours and included coding, case, and behavioral questions. There were two coding questions, three behavioral questions, and some very easy case questions. Overall, the Capital One interviewer was very nice to me.

- Tell me a time you worked in a team.
- Tell me a time you considered yourself a team leader, even though you were not the designated team leader.

Great managers, horrible stack ranking

Pros: Managers are generally pretty good (I’ve had 5), and projects are exciting and tech-forward. Many resources are given to help employees develop in their careers. There's a lot of emphasis on development and growth.
Cons: - Stack ranking and the constant threat of layoffs, regardless of objective output, hurt overall morale with many employees.
- High turnover rate meaning a lot of onboarding new teammates. A team of 3 must complete work scoped for a team of 6.
