Pros: Work-life balance is phenomenal. Good compensation and general benefits package. PTO policy is incredibly generous (along with other days off/learning days). Great senior leadership.

Cons: High turnover. Consistently, work could be more interesting. Culture is team dependent.

Pros: - Recruitment process does a good job showering you with dinners and gifts if an offer is extended. - Interns get a lot of special treatment. This year, we received: * A trip to Bush Gardens * An Incredibles 2 private screening * Two happy hours * Two dinners * Many tech talks - Pay is about as good as it gets for interns. - Housing is included/paid for. Taxes are paid by Capital One too. If you don't take the housing, you get a $3000 stipend. - Offices are nice, and they do a great job making sure you have ample opportunities to fix problems if there are any. - You can get an offer for full-time if you do a good job.

Cons: Your team is very much the deciding factor of how much fun/enjoyable your work is. If you have a bad team, it can be much less enjoyable team-wise. One of my friends had a really bad team, but the five other friends I had had good experiences.

Pros: Work-life balance is great. Work is very team-dependent.

Cons: * Not a lot happening. * Lots of mediocre managers and engineers. * You could be stuck doing nothing for a long time.
