Pros: Work-life balance is phenomenal. Good compensation and general benefits package. PTO policy is incredibly generous (along with other days off/learning days). Great senior leadership.
Cons: High turnover.
Consistently, work could be more interesting.
Culture is team dependent.

Pros: Had a good culture, WLB, and office/hybrid perks.
Cons: After COVID and some VPs coming over from Amazon, the Pros changed quite a bit. But regardless, Capital One has always been meeting-heavy, and not in a good way. Slow career progression, with promotions consistently being given to the most popular people.
