The super day was three hours long and included behavioral, technical, and case interviews.
The interviewers were very polite and guided me through my struggles with the technical questions. Although it was embarrassing, they were nice about it.

Pros: Work-life balance is phenomenal. Good compensation and general benefits package. PTO policy is incredibly generous (along with other days off/learning days). Great senior leadership.
Cons: High turnover.
Consistently, work could be more interesting.
