The GCA bar is really low, and the Superday questions are generally quite easy.
There is one behavioral interview, one "case" (which is more or less just another coding interview), and then one last coding interview.
Staff are generally professional.

Pros: Work-life balance is phenomenal. Good compensation and general benefits package. PTO policy is incredibly generous (along with other days off/learning days). Great senior leadership.
Cons: High turnover.
Consistently, work could be more interesting.
Culture is team dependent.

Pros: - Fantastic, intelligent engineers
- Solid benefits
- Great, immediate leadership
Cons: - Poor leadership and disconnect as you go further up the management chain.
- Seems to be falling behind in forcing a return to office, and chasing/forcing out people they hired remotely during the pandemic.
- Using "Quiet Firing/Layoff" practices to quietly downsize, while avoiding "layoffs" being publicized.

There are also a lot of paid educational opportunities.
Cons: Free food (catered lunches) only two days a week :(
