I was invited to an onsite interview. The actual onsite consisted of three interviews:
- One technical
- One behavioral
- One case
I think it's the same for full-time roles as well. The case interview was very interesting and something new. The technical and behavioral interviews were as expected.

Pros: Work-life balance is phenomenal. Good compensation and general benefits package. PTO policy is incredibly generous (along with other days off/learning days). Great senior leadership.

Consistently, work could be more interesting.
