I am not a fan of these because it's really limiting if you don't enjoy HackerRank as a platform.

Reasonable hours
Interesting projects
Cons: Ridiculous management churn: expect at least two managers a year.
Forced distribution on bi-yearly reviews, because it's not possible for everyone on a team to be a strong performer.
A definite weed-out process for first-year associates. Once you make it through the first year, you'll be fine, but lots of people don't.
If management kills a project, someone on the team will get a failing review, no matter how strong their work is.
Sometimes unpleasant teammates.
