The Capital One interview process consists of two rounds:
- The Online Assessment (OA), administered via Codesignal.
- The final round.
In most cases, a score greater than 800 is required to pass the OA and advance to the final round.

Pros: Work-life balance is phenomenal. Good compensation and general benefits package. PTO policy is incredibly generous (along with other days off/learning days). Great senior leadership.
Cons: High turnover.
Consistently, work could be more interesting.
Culture is team dependent.
