Pros: Work-life balance is phenomenal. Good compensation and general benefits package. PTO policy is incredibly generous (along with other days off/learning days). Great senior leadership.

Pros: Good work-life balance. The rotational program offers a lot of experience.
Cons: Some divisions have a high turnover rate in management. If you are unlucky and end up in one of these, it can be hard to be promoted.
