The interview was pretty easy. The interviewers were really friendly.
I had one case interview, one technical interview, and one behavioral interview. The behavioral interview focused on team dynamics.
Overall, it was a good experience, and I received the offer.

Pros: Work-life balance is phenomenal. Good compensation and general benefits package. PTO policy is incredibly generous (along with other days off/learning days). Great senior leadership.
Cons: High turnover.
Consistently, work could be more interesting.
