Process
The interview was on campus and had three parts:
- Behavioral
- Technical
- Case study
Each part was 45 minutes long and they were right after one another. I had three different interviewers, and they were in a random order.

Cons: 1. Hybrid (this is a disadvantage to me, at least).
2. A lot of internal processes and technologies to learn. This is not a bad thing per se, but could be overwhelming for some people.

Pros: Work-life balance is phenomenal. Good compensation and general benefits package. PTO policy is incredibly generous (along with other days off/learning days). Great senior leadership.
Cons: High turnover.
Consistently, work could be more interesting.
Culture is team dependent.
