Pros: 1. Good salary 2. Good working environment 3. Lots of learning opportunities

Cons: 1. Hybrid (this is a disadvantage to me, at least). 2. A lot of internal processes and technologies to learn. This is not a bad thing per se, but could be overwhelming for some people.

Pros: Work-life balance is phenomenal. Good compensation and general benefits package. PTO policy is incredibly generous (along with other days off/learning days). Great senior leadership.

Cons: High turnover. Consistently, work could be more interesting. Culture is team dependent.

Pros: You'll develop thick skin from navigating the toxic work environment. The 401k match is pretty good, too.

Cons: Management is extremely toxic. Some things I've seen from managers here: * Regularly bullying an underperforming employee (to the point of tears) until HR had to be involved. * Shouting at an employee during a team standup for not completing enough Jira story points that sprint. * Paging an employee who was out on vacation (seen this happen multiple times). * Pressuring employees to disable automated tests in order to meet a tight deadline, and then blaming the same employees for causing a production issue that was caught by those tests.
