Technical Lead Interview Experience

Process

First, the HR department goes out of its way to ensure a smooth interview process. There are no surprises – they make sure of that. They inform you about each step of the process beforehand, and there are no random additions. This is unlike other companies, which sometimes add unexpected elements to the interview process solely to eliminate candidates.

The interview itself is 100% professional. In my reasonably long career, this was the first interview where I was not asked a single illegal question. The interviewers were clear, polite, and professional. They inquired about professional qualifications, and the personality-based questions were neither obtuse nor obtrusive.

Questions

There were no unexpected questions, nor was there anything more difficult than a standard set of behavioral interview questions.
