Capital One

It was for an associate software engineer position. Their application asked too many detailed questions, and their interview process made people annoyed. As I expected, they sent me a rejection email.

It was a 30-minute phone interview. They asked about skills according to the team's requirements. The interviewer was very nice and encouraged us to ask any doubts, which they would clarify.

I only had the open coding assessment. It consisted of 3 questions that are LeetCode style, but unfortunately I did not make it to the next round due to a mid score.
