I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. Worst experience ever. The guy conducting the interview had no idea how a system design interview goes. He was rambling random crap and couldn't even pronounce the words half of the time.

A recruiter reached out after I applied. The first step was a standard online assessment on CodeSignal with 4 questions. I was able to complete 2 successfully and was about halfway through the 3rd question when time ran out. The "Power Day" was typ
