Good culture, solid resources both in the day-to-day and for career advancement. Most teams are filled with great people who are a pleasure to work with.
Enterprise does a great job of getting in its own way with initiatives and mandates for developers that are not always fully thought through before being implemented. Banking obviously requires rigorous controls and compliance, but in practice, these are frequent, disruptive, and frustrating roadblocks.
Your teams are very lean. Try to refrain from biting off more than you can chew with delivery objectives until you can hire enough talent to actually support those objectives.
