Great people. A select few worked really hard and were there for the right reasons. Wonderful 401k plan, the best I have ever seen at several big companies so far.

They have a gym on campus too, which was great. It cost money though.

Pretty much everything. Long hours. Overnights. Management wouldn't listen to what changes needed to be made to help the systems be more reliable and less manual labor. I worked with the main website, and it felt very much like a sweatshop. We worked so many overnights when management could have made the right decisions and set up the teams for success. They don't listen to the people who actually do the work, though.

Read the book "Mindset". Also, listen and really accomplish some of the thoughts of the ICs actually doing the work.
