It seems like if you work here, there aren't any expectations of you to perform. Anybody can "do the job," and you can pretend all the way through.
Where do I even start:
- Bad pay
- Terrible promotion criteria
- Jennifer Jackson is a joke. Capital One Canada has not grown since she took over. She has been focusing on her own brand and career growth instead of the organization.
Capital One USA should pull out of Canada and shut this branch off. Focus on the US business and fire all the leadership people in this office.

Principal Software Engineer
30 min quick call. Technical round of LeetCode-type questions. Unfortunately, it ended there as I didn't pass that round. Presumably, it was going to be system design after this online LeetCode question, and then onsite.

There are basically three rounds. First is a technical assessment. Second is a technical round with a senior engineer. Then, there is a behavioral round. If you are selected, you will receive an offer letter within two weeks.
