Good benefits and top-notch employees.
Too much posturing and politics, especially because of stacked ranking evaluations. It is an awful system that just promotes in-fighting and dysfunctional collaborations. It also wastes so much time and energy that can be used for so many other things.
I would rate this company 5 stars and would work there again if they got rid of forced stacked ranking.
