Management is extremely toxic. Some things I've seen from managers here:

• Regularly bullying an underperforming employee (to the point of tears) until HR had to be involved.
• Shouting at an employee during a team standup for not completing enough Jira story points that sprint.
• Paging an employee who was out on vacation (seen this happen multiple times).
• Pressuring employees to disable automated tests in order to meet a tight deadline, and then blaming the same employees for causing a production issue that was caught by those tests.

Stop using 'tight deadlines' as an excuse to exploit your employees. I promise the world won't suddenly explode if a deadline is missed.
