Huge company where you have little effect. Not much culture, at least on my team. Required to go into an office where no one else works.
Try to hire teams that are not remote to each other. I was originally hired for a local team and at the last minute was changed to "remote", and still required to commute 3 days a week just to sit in the office on Zoom calls.
