Cons

The IT group and its members, such as Lindsay Kang, turned out to be the most abusive and passive-abusive bullies who engaged in humiliation, vile scapegoating, and frequent gaslighting. Not only did C1 engage in outright sadistically laughing over a person's personal tragedy, they made it a regular frat culture event that eventually led to lots of suffering. Yet Capital One management did nothing and, as live witnesses, condoned it all along, joining in this ethnic abuse from self-entitled Karens/Asian women on another color minority.

Advice to Management

You need to look into the team culture and prevent the repugnant and pervasive abuse and near-torture being entertained by these teams and their management.

Otherwise, it is a matter of time before you will be sued. No wonder you lose millions of credit card accounts' information with employees like them.
