On the decline
Decent pay and the hours aren't that bad.
Performance management is awful.
Culture is getting worse.
Morale on my team is low as we have attrition and our manager isn't very good.
There are way too many short-term foreign contractors.
There is plenty of good advice already out there, but obviously leadership and management would have to be able to listen to others for it to be useful.
