Stack ranking creates an unhealthy work culture where you're forced to throw others under the bus or be let go.
Performance reviews are opaque.
Way too many useless meetings.
Work is pretty average, to relatively uninteresting depending on your team.
Overall, a very toxic culture that leads to overwork and infighting.
If you're driving, traffic is hell. Take the train.
- Drastically reduce the amount of people PIP'd every year; 24% of your workforce in a calendar year is unsustainable.
- Structure performance reviews to be less political.
