Capital One managers I have worked with ensure that you have a good work-life balance, take time off, and spend time with your family.
They keep reminding folks not to work after office hours unless it is critical and to take time off as necessary.
It is easy to get stuck in one place and not grow technically, thus promotions can stagnate with not much practical guidance from your advisers.
Negotiate salary upon hire; I can't stress this enough.
