Nice campus.
They use AWS.
They try to be diverse.
A lot of favoritism.
Pay is fair but well-below the top-paying companies that get the best talent.
I wasn't a fan of the culture. It's nice on the surface level, but if you're a minority willing to put on your mask, you should be fine.
Just make sure you have mentors because having that mask can be very draining, and most won't understand.
Management stresses about getting things done that their higher-ups tell them. The big guys say, "Do this," and we have to do it. It makes changing things difficult. Since the people actually doing the work don't have much say in the overall decision-making, solutions are not always ideal.
