They lay off employees every month, which delays the time to apply for the green card by six months each time.
This is impacting a lot of folks on H1B visas waiting for the application of PERM or a green card.
Please think twice before joining if your I-140 is not approved.
Please plan the layoffs in such a way that they do not impact immigrants. All other big companies like Amazon, Facebook, Google, or Chase are managing it pretty well.
The current system is lowering the morale of the employees.
