The company is very big on work-life balance and supporting their employees as much as possible. Your opinion is valued, and it is not intimidating to share your opinion with a VP+ executive. They are constantly requesting feedback on job satisfaction. The work itself is challenging and very rewarding.
The only reason I am even looking around for new jobs is that as of this moment the company is still expecting all employees to return to the office once it is safe to do so. I find that the benefits of working from home are too great to be able to return to the office.
Allowing employees to choose the best option for them, including working 100% remotely moving forward, is the best way forward for the company and the industry.
