Excellent Company, TDP Program is Kinda BS
Work-life balance is prioritized. Excellent 401k match. Lots of diverse projects to work on. Friendly teammates.
I got nothing but anxiety from the TDP Program. It had little to no value for me. If you're unlucky, you get put on a support team or a dead team, and it's soul-crushing. I did not get a degree to do work outside of it.
It can be office politics.
