Horrible... Seattle office politics
Good benefits, work/life balance. Besides the bad weeds in the company, there are some good people there.
Politics, people spreading rumors, backstabbing. Some directors and leads have no work ethics. Annual reviews with stack ranking. Some scrum masters are control freaks. Many processes and formalities just to do your work. You can’t trust people there. Bonuses and total compensation are very low.
Have the guts to actually make the changes you said.
Spot the bad weeds that are killing your office and fire them.
They ruin the experience for everybody else and don’t allow your real talented engineers to grow.
