I applied online. The process took 1 day.
By far the worst interview experience. The interviewer was rude, asking questions such as, "Why did you switch from a FAANG company to a no-name startup?"
Before the interview, the recruiter mentioned that they were going to ask LeetCode-style DSA questions, but the interviewer came unprepared. He started to ask questions on random multithreading problems and decided to go really deep on instruction-level memory consistency details. Although the question was relevant to the role, this was a huge bait and switch.
Multithreading in classical sense... No standard process across teams.
