The process started with the online application. It took 2-3 weeks to get a response from a person. The initial call was mostly about my current situation and why I was looking for a new job. It also involved analyzing how my experience aligns with the job requirements, as well as my long-term goals.
In the next couple of days, I received positive feedback and was invited for a face-to-face interview with my future manager and lead colleague, which took place the following week.
My immediate feeling after the interview was positive. During the interview, I felt challenged, but I also really appreciated the way that Javier and Dan made me feel relaxed and excited with their sense of humor, which then triggered more in-depth answers. Two days later, I received positive feedback in the morning, followed by an email including an offer :)
