Cons: Bullying is tolerated as business as usual. Gender discrimination is like never seen before, and only political favourites seem to thrive. You're either in with the old boys' club or you're exited (through stealth firing or mass firing) if you disagree with the 'in crowd'. There are no female VPs or Directors in Tech, and zero growth potential for the few female and non-binary individuals who were not run out the door by the abject sexism and discrimination. Benefits are minimal, and interest in the actual wellbeing and development of staff does not exist. You end up being overworked, with zero opportunities to grow or learn.
