There were 4 parts:
In the initial phone call, we discussed the company and myself in general terms. The home technical test had clear requirements: development of an API for shopping list management and integration with the Checkout Core API Client. The test was preliminary for the face-to-face interviews.
The first face-to-face interview was with the HR manager, 2 senior developers, and the development manager. Technical questions were asked, and my profile was discussed in more detail. Financial aspects were also discussed in the first face-to-face interview. Also, I got the chance to ask questions, and I'm satisfied with the answers provided.
The second face-to-face interview was with a technical lead and the director of engineering. I was asked questions for every line in my CV and requested to provide clear details of my experience and working challenges. Also, behavioral questions were asked (like "What upsets you most about people?").
