Software Engineer II Interview Experience - Tallinn, Estonia
Process
The first round was a screening by a recruiter, who was helpful and nice.
After that, I was sent a HackerRank challenge. It was mostly related to microservices architecture and problem-solving.
The next step was a technical interview, where we discussed the challenge results. The interviewers were very nice and warm.
The final step was a half-general, half-technical interview with the team leader.
Overall, the process was good and fast enough. The total process took 3 weeks.
Questions
Mainly related to previous experience, challenge results, problem solving, and a little bit of an entrepreneurial and creative mindset.
