The interview process was very organized. It took a bit longer than it needed to be due to the availability of interviewing staff, but it was each enough. The interview process is constantly being refined, but it followed the structure below:
- Screening with a talent acquisition specialist
- Hackerrank test on fundamentals
- Technical interview with a Senior Engineer (review of skills and technical assessment, again Hackerrank solution)
