The company staggered interviews over a long period. Speaking with the Hiring Manager was unusual in it being one of several screener interviews. There were lots of schedule changes on their end, so be very flexible in providing them many times for each interview stage.

Communication with most of their folks is polite and tepid. They are good at responding until they lose interest; then they’ll just ghost your requests for any closure, so that’s how you’ll know (or not, lol).
