Good company overall.

Senior leadership seems to care about the employees. They offer generous time away, and they did a lot during COVID.

Senior engineering leadership is inept and incompetent. They would relish the opportunity to berate other engineers, even floating about it in meetings with other unrelated teams. The "caliber" of individuals they put at the VP and Director level is laughable; they are chosen only because they are good at being condescending and derogatory. There are far better places for any engineer.

Your senior engineering leaders are pulling wool over your eyes and do effectively no work while actively interfering with others.
