The recruiter was very rude and acted like he was better than me. I asked specific questions about the job, and he couldn’t answer a single one.
He kept telling me he’d have to ask. He was also insistent that I redo my resume. When I asked what he wanted to see improved, he couldn’t answer.

Pros: Good teammates (engineers).
Company has a good brand name among its customers.
Cons: Prepare to be treated like a child, asked to work to meet crazy deadlines (that are set ignoring team estimates), and Sr. leadership who stabs you in the back.
It’s a shame that employee engagement surveys are ignored (though they claim they are important) and paranoia is a company value. When you hire smart engineers, expect them to see through the double talk. You either need to be a "yes man" or you are ignored or targeted.
