Pros: Good salary Unlimited PTO (mostly) Good manager (my personal experience) Great chance to learn Nice teammates

Cons: Lots of new engineers delivering very visible features (not necessarily a con, as it could be good for getting promoted). Fast pace. Late days/long hours leading up to release (manager does compensate by giving us days off). Projects/requirements sometimes change during development, leading to delays. As a new engineer, I was overwhelmed and failed to deliver a difficult ticket because I: 1. Didn’t know what I was doing. 2. Did not have the guidance of a more senior engineer to make sure all my bases were covered. It was eventually fixed but could be an area of improvement for management. Challenging work is fine as long as the engineer has the support to deliver it properly.

Pros: Benefits: 401k, Health, Dental, Vision Some really talented people. Great overall product.

Cons: Pay; for the number of hours. Leadership; at the C-suite level, not just the CEO. Wasting money; besides the wasted money for multiple projects that go nowhere, the C-suite compensation doesn't make sense for the share price. Unlimited PTO; rarely able to be used and requires manager approval. Also, no accrued pay after you leave. Culture; expected to not have a life. Transparency; management leaves teams in the dark. Lack of focus; not enough upper management leadership directing a vision. Silos; too many teams not working together to achieve a goal, and multiple teams working on similar deliverables because they don't talk.

Pros: Good benefits. They want to help grow and develop you if you’re willing. Positive people. The new BEE team is great (Best Employee Experience).

Cons: Disorganized management at times. However, I did see significant improvements towards the end.
