This was the worst interview experience I have ever gone through.
I got a call from Chewy HR regarding an opportunity, and the process involved the following:
I had answered all/most of them, and he seemed quite satisfied.
I didn’t hear back from them even after three days. When I checked, they said I was using legacy technologies (I was like, really?). I am using Java 8, Spring, Angularjs, and Oracle. I never knew these were legacy :).
Even HR didn’t have much of an answer. First of all, HR called me based on my resume and said I was a well-fit for their team. I never expected someone would give such a bad reason. Be careful with these guys; it looks like they select only based on references.
Class loader question (It is common in Chewy that this is the first question you get there).
Some questions on the collection framework.
Question on inheritance and how to call super of super methods.
Basic questions on JMS and RPC.
Questions on immutability.
