Process
Initial phone screening with a recruiter, followed by an hour technical review using HackerRank.
Virtual onsite consisted of:
- Debugging a parking lot scenario
- Coding (LeetCode-style problems, such as returning top K elements)
- System design (reservation app)
- Behavioral round
The interviewers were okay, with some being more personable and engaging than others. Overall, it was a long process for a non-MAANG company. Ultimately, I turned down the offer because I couldn’t look past the negative company reviews.
Questions
The behavioral round was focused on “customer first” and how your previous experiences related to that.
