Cons: Management nepotism. People were promoted not on merit.

Going downhill after founders left

Pros: You get to work with smart people.
Great pay and benefits.
Cons: No room for advancement. They don't believe in promotion. A whole bunch of new management was hired to manage people who helped take the company where it is. Old employees are leaving, and two or three are hired to replace each one. What a pity!
