Process
Multiple reschedules, over and over again.
Emails sent were ignored.
Their recruiting does not seem very organized, and they asked for the same information again.
Finally, I gave up on contacting them as it was a very non-communicative experience.
Questions
Basic questions that had nothing to do with real-life programming. It seems the interviewer just wanted to feel important and had no interest in the interview.
